I recognize that finding time can be the greatest challenge with your exercise program. I'm a Personal Trainer, Coach, Educator, Competitive Physique Athlete, and Model with years of involvement in the fitness industry.
My qualifications include several personal training certifications, and experience training a wide variety of clients both privately and with various athletic organizations. I have worked with clients at their homes, fitness clubs and high performance training centers. 

My involvement in the Physique athlete as a competitor has helped me develop effective training techniques for improving the health and well-being, energy level, strength, athleticism and overall self-esteem of my clients and myself. Read about my training philosophy.
