WHAT IS BOOT CAMP?
Boot Camp is an awesome fitness workout designed to whip your body into shape! 
Each session is approximately one (1) hour long. It is group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training and takes it outside.  Don’t be intimidated! Each session has been specifically designed to accommodate various fitness levels, with substitutions and accommodations made as needed. I am here to help, not hinder!
